Funeral Care and Prayer

The Funeral Care and Prayer team at Our Lady of Joy plays a vital role in supporting families during funeral services. By attending and assisting at Funeral Masses, our dedicated volunteers offer hospitality, compassion, and spiritual support to those in mourning. We seek volunteers to participate in various capacities, including Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Sacristans, and Greeters, among others as needed. This ministry provides a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate the care, prayerful solidarity, and commitment of the Our Lady of Joy community to those grieving, as we share in the works of mercy.
